Shipping terms

We ship to all countries in the European community.
Classic Arredamento uses the shipment of goods for Europe through the specialized furniture transporter DSV or TRAMO or others carriers and their correspondents.
Small parcels, leather samples and other small parts will be sent by  Gls courier or by ordinary mail.

• Fixed cost of transport in Europe: 140 euro;
• plus 10% for the following countries of Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium and Portugal;
• plus 16% for the remaining European countries.

Prices include VAT at 22%.

The products will be delivered, from Monday to Friday, always by appointment, to the address indicated by the customer when definitive confirmation of the order.

Delivery times may vary from 3 to maximum 6 weeks depending on the type of product and the availability of stock. The product data sheets indicate an indicative delivery time that we undertake to respect

Upon delivery, the customer must check the conformity and condition of the products, then check the integrity of the packaging and that the numbers of the packages delivered correspond to what is indicated on the transport document. In case of anomalies, breakages or dents, they must be immediately contested in writing to the courier, making the following statement: "the goods are collected with reserve because the packaging shows" breakage at point x "or" dent at point y "etc ... The reported complaints must be sent by email to info@classicarredamento.com no later than 3 (three) days from the date of delivery of the products themselves. All reports received after the deadline will not be taken into consideration.

If the customer accepts the product and signs the transport document without affixing it with the QUANTITY / QUALITY CONTROL RESERVE, he cannot subsequently claim any damage due to transport.If the goods are damaged and come back, we will take care of returning the repaired or replaced goods as soon as possible.
